Inside your head
It has been said
He’s in control
Of your mind and soul
His every plan
Is your command
Father of lies
Lord of the flies
You will pay his price
With your sacrifice
Now you begin
Your path of sin
One drop of blood
Traded for mud
Incantation!
Desecration!
Chanting the rite
On your last night
You will pay his price
With your sacrifice
His evil eyes
Will mesmerize
Your mind is bent
His punishment
All hope is gone
You are his pawn
Lost in his games
Burn in the flames
You have paid his price
With your sacrifice
I dare you to look
In Lucifer's book, oh yeah
All of the words
They seem so absurd, oh yeah
Lucifer, Lucifer, Lucifer
Every page
Fills you with rage, oh yeah
Behind its cover
You'll burn and you'll suffer, oh yeah
Lucifer, Lucifer, Lucifer
Blood drips from your eyes
When you realize, oh yeah
The story will end
To hell you'll descend, oh yeah
Lucifer, Lucifer, Lucifer
Lucifer, Lucifer, Lucifer
I hear the whispers, baby
Have you been hearing them too?
The sound of creeping footsteps
He is coming for you
The demon on your shoulder
He’s in control of your mind
Tell all your wicked sisters
To leave life behind
I hear you
I see you
I know you’re feeling pain
I’ll meet you
And greet you
On Death Mountain
Salute you
Delude you
Your life won’t been in vain
I’ll meet you
And greet you
On Death Mountain
On Death Mountain
He has been waiting for you
Since the beginning of time
Summon the mystic mages
For a passage divine
And all the hounds are howling
They sing for your return
The gate is open for you
And in hell you’ll burn
I hear you
I see you
I know you’re feeling pain
I’ll meet you
And greet you
On Death Mountain
Salute you
Delude you
Your life has been in vain
I’ll meet you
And greet you
On Death Mountain

Who Are You?
about
On a chilling moonless autumn night of 1979, under the veil of darkness in Whitewood, the infamous Satan’s Palace loomed, a forsaken manor steeped in enigma. Young Eve, drawn by curiosity, ventured into its depths, her flashlight cutting through the shadows, unveiling the stench of decay that clung to the air.
Amongst relics of forgotten rites, she unearthed a mysterious cassette tape, its black cover emblazoned with the ominous word Possessor and a sinister symbol in blood-red, a harbinger of dread. Enthralled by its ominous aura, she pocketed the cassette and hastened home. That night, alone in her room, Eve inserted the tape into her cassette player and put on her headphones.
As the tape began to play, an eerie voice echoed within her ears, speaking of ancient rituals and sacrilegious ceremonies. Suddenly, the voice was drowned out by loud, discordant music, ensnaring her senses in a maelstrom of sound. Eve's vision blurred, her head swam with the cacophony, pulling her into a realm of darkness and despair.
A surge of unearthly energy seized her, puppeteering her limbs to the haunting rhythm, as the tape coiled around her neck like a vengeful serpent. Desperation clutched her as she fought against the suffocating hold, but the tape's grip only tightened with each struggle.
A twisted shadow loomed behind her, a grotesque reflection of her own form, horns of malice protruding. In a chilling realization, Eve understood—she had fallen prey to the tape's insidious power, consumed by its malevolence. Her screams silenced by the encroaching darkness, she became another victim of its sinister allure.
Eve had become... Possessed!
When the echoes of Eve’s screams faded into the night, the abandoned cassette lay pulsing with an ominous glow—a silent witness to the horrors that had transpired.
As dawn broke over Whitewood, casting long shadows upon the forsaken manor, one couldn’t help but wonder: Who would be the next victim to fall prey to the insidious power of Possessor?
Recorded, mixed, and co-produced by Jacob Bredahl at Dead Rat Studio, and following up where Trippelgänger’s 10-track “Trip to Hell” left off, “Possessor" features devilish riffs, thunderous drums, blasting bass, haunting Hammond organ, and melancholic Mellotron melodies!
An homage to heavy metal and doom legends such as Black Sabbath, Uncle Acid, and Sleep, “Possessor” also draws inspiration from old-school horror movies of the 1970s and 1980s, exploring concepts of inner turmoil, manipulation, and the struggle between good and evil.
The album touches on themes of identity, control, and the haunting presence of malevolent forces, evoking a sense of mystery and darkness, delving into the complexities of human nature and the supernatural.
"Possessor" will be self-released on April 26, 2024, on transparent blood red vinyl, cassette tape, and all streaming platforms.
